Defects Coverage:

Our lifetime warranty covers any defects arising from faulty materials or workmanship. Damages Exclusion:

It's important to note that our warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or natural wear and tear. Additionally, any unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by third parties will void the warranty.

Returns:

We understand that sometimes a ring may not meet your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure that the ring is in its original condition (unworn and undamaged), with all tags and packaging intact.

For returns initiated after the initial 30-day period, we kindly ask that you contact our customer support team beforehand for approval. Returns beyond this period are subject to our discretion.

Resizing:

We want you to have the perfect fit. If you find that your ring requires resizing, we offer this service for a fee of $30. To be eligible for resizing, the ring must be in its original condition (unworn and undamaged), with all tags and packaging intact. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the resizing process.
