Lifetime Warranty

Every Alpha Ring is covered against manufacturing defects for life. If something's wrong with how it was made, we'll fix or replace it — no questions, no fine print games. What this doesn't cover: normal wear and tear. We build rings to earn their scratches, not to stay pristine — but a ring that's been through years of real life isn't a defect, it's proof the ring did its job.

To start a warranty claim, email us at info@alpharings.com with your order number and a photo. We'll review within 3–5 business days and ship a replacement or repair free of charge.

30-Day Returns

Not the right fit for you? You have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. The ring needs to come back in its original, unworn condition with tags and packaging intact. This window is for refunds — if it's a sizing issue specifically, see below, since you get more time for that.

To start a return, email info@alpharings.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the ring, your refund will be processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method.

90-Day Size Exchange

Sizing is the one thing we give extra room on. If your ring doesn't fit right, you have 90 days from delivery to send it back for a free exchange into the correct size. This isn't a refund — it's a swap, and it's free. We built in the extra time specifically for wedding timing: order ahead, and if the big day surprises you with a slightly different fit than expected, you're covered.

Outside These Windows

Past 30 days for a refund, or past 90 days for a sizing exchange? Reach out before you assume the answer is no. We handle these case-by-case — sometimes the trade-in program is the better fit anyway (see below), and sometimes we can just work something out. Email us at info@alpharings.com and tell us what's going on.

Trade-In Program

We don't think a worn ring is a ring that's lost value — we think it's a ring that's done its job. Send in any Alpha Ring, any material, any condition (the more scratches, the better — that's the whole point), and we'll credit it toward your next ring:

• Tantalum rings: up to $100 credit
• Tungsten rings: up to $50 credit
