Lifetime warranty (defects)

Every Alpha Ring is covered against manufacturing defects for the life of the ring. If something is wrong with how it was made, email info@alpharings.com with your order number and a photo. We review in 3–5 business days and repair or replace it free.

Not covered: normal wear and scratches (that's the ring doing its job), accidents, lost rings, or modifications.

30-day returns

Unused, original packaging, 30 days from delivery. Full refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving it. You cover return shipping.

90-day size exchange

Wrong size? Free exchange for 90 days from delivery. This is a swap, not a refund. Surprise gifts: the window can start on the wedding date.

Trade-in

When you outgrow a ring or want to upgrade, send the old Alpha Ring back (any condition) before you place the new order:

• F1 / Crusader (carbon): $25
• Maverick / Enforcer / Vanguard / Centurion (tungsten): $50
• Eclipse / Hitman / Operator / Titan (tantalum): $100
• Boss / Dominator (premium): $100

Email info@alpharings.com first so we apply the credit.

Free F1 backup

Every tantalum, tungsten, and zirconium order includes a free F1 carbon fiber ring. The F1 sold on its own does not include a second backup.
