By joining our program, you’re unlocking exclusive pricing, a free display set for orders over $3000, and the chance to thrill your customers with our thinner, tougher rings. To keep the Alpha Rings legacy shining, we ask you to agree to the following terms to ensure a partnership that’s as strong as our tungsten. Brand Representation:

You agree to represent Alpha Rings in a manner consistent with our premium brand identity, emphasizing our unique value proposition of high quality men's rings.

All marketing materials, in-store displays, and online promotions must align with Alpha Rings’ standards, using provided assets (e.g., images, descriptions) or obtaining approval for custom materials.

 

Free Carbon Fiber F1 Ring:

You must include the free carbon fiber F1 ring with every Alpha Rings purchase, as advertised, to uphold our brand promise. The F1 ring must be presented to customers as a complimentary item for rugged activities, reinforcing its value as a unique offering.  

 

Warranty Compliance:

You agree to handle Alpha Rings’ lifetime warranty in accordance with our policies, offering customers the option to contact either you or Alpha Rings for service to ensure a seamless experience and to protect both of our brands' reputations.

- Facilitating returns or exchanges for manufacturing defects (e.g., scratches or damage not covered, as per our “scratches tell a story” narrative).

- Not offering unauthorized repairs or replacements that could compromise brand quality.

- Follow our warranty process, as outlined on our warranty page.  including contacting us for approval and replacement instructions.

- Retailers must maintain accurate records of warranty claims and coordinate with Alpha Rings for processing.

 

Pricing and Orders:

- You agree to adhere to our suggested minimum advertised price (MAP) as advertised on our website to uphold brand integrity. Promotions to match competitors are allowed, as outlined in our wholesale agreement, shared upon approval.

- A restocking fee of 15% of the order total applies to cancellations of in-stock orders (e.g., tungsten) after 24 hours of order confirmation but before shipment to cover administrative and inventory costs. For special-order items, a 25% restocking fee applies if canceled after 24 hours and production has begun, due to supplier commitments. No fee is charged for cancellations within 24 hours.

 

Inventory and Order Management:

You acknowledge that in-stock rings ship within 7 days, while special-order and back order rings may have a 6-8 week lead time. Retailers must communicate these timelines transparently to customers.

 

Account Revocation:

Alpha Rings reserves the right to revoke or suspend your wholesale account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

- Non-compliance with brand standards, play ring inclusion, or warranty policies.

- Misrepresentation of Alpha Rings products or pricing.

- Actions that harm Alpha Rings’ reputation or customer trust.

 

Upon revocation, you must cease selling Alpha Rings products and return any provided display sets or marketing materials.

 

Application and Approval:

Wholesale accounts are granted to verified jewelry retailers with a valid business license or reseller ID, subject to Alpha Rings’ approval.
