What is included
Every ring except the F1 includes a free F1 carbon fiber backup. It is the ultralight option for the gym or the jobsite. The F1 sold on its own does not include a second backup.
The lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects for the life of the ring. Email info@alpharings.com with your order number and a photo. We review in 3 to 5 business days and repair or replace it free. Not covered: normal wear and scratches, accidents, lost rings, or modifications.
The 90-day size exchange runs from delivery. It is a swap, not a resize and not a refund. For a surprise gift, the window can start on the wedding date. Send a photo or the date.
Trade-in on the Boss is $100. Send the old Alpha Ring back, any condition, before the next order, and email info@alpharings.com first. Carbon is $25. Tungsten is $50. It is not a flat $100 on every ring.
Unused, in the original packaging, 30 days from delivery. You cover return shipping. The refund goes to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the ring. US orders ship free and insured.
